Union is committed to the secure and prompt delivery of Point of Sale (POS) hardware to your business.
Shipping Options and Fees
We offer UPS Ground and various expedited shipping methods. Delivery costs are calculated based on the package dimensions, total weight, delivery location, and chosen service level. You will receive a definitive shipping quote during checkout.
Fulfillment Timelines
Individual Parts (Excluding Full Terminal Builds):

Orders completed before 2:00 PM CST generally ship the same business day.

Orders finalized after 2:00 PM CST are processed for dispatch on the subsequent business day.
Full Terminal Builds:
The standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) for comprehensive terminal configuration is three to five business days following receipt of all necessary setup details. This timeframe covers hardware assembly, software installation, and quality testing. Final delivery time depends on the shipping method selected.
Tracking and Delivery
Automated tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships, allowing you to monitor the progress via the UPS website. Please note that a signature is required for all UPS deliveries; we recommend monitoring your tracking to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Coverage and Protection
We provide shipping services across the United States. All hardware is insured for its full declared value during transit. While we aim to meet all stated timelines, delivery may be impacted by unforeseen factors such as carrier delays or severe weather.
